Each year billions of square feet of single-ply membranes are used to waterproof buildings with low-slope decks. Adhered roof systems often outperform mechanically attached systems in terms of wind uplift performance. Adhered systems also preserve the R-value of the roof insulation system by eliminating thermal bridging caused by mechanical fasteners and induction welding plates. H.B. Fuller develops, manufactures, and packages a wide variety of solutions to adhere both bareback and fleeceback waterproofing membranes to a building’s roof system.

The Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade Adhesive adheres fleeceback membrane directly to roof deck, insulation, or cover board with precision reliability and durability. The patented Millennium Cyclone 5/15** VS PLUS Pump Cart allows for adhesive dispense in a continuous bead or in a low pressure spray patter. The adhesive can be dispensed from 15-gallon adhesive sets providing the contractor with superior economics, extremely fast installations, and significant labor saving.

H.B. Fuller also offers Millennium Single-ply Bonding Adhesive (for EPDM, TPO and PVC). The adhesive is applied as a fast-drying contact adhesive. The product makes installing membrane on vertical surfaces a breeze.
