Manufactured outside of Cleveland, OH, we can offer customers high-quality encapsulants with lower transportation costs and supply risks as well as the value of knowing where the product is and when it will arrive.
Global R&D and technical support teams that are regionally located will work directly with our customers to improve their lamination processes and, in turn, improve the quality of their modules and increase yield. H.B. Fuller’s R&D facilities, equipment, and IEC testing capabilities for our encapsulants enable us to develop, test, and scale up in-house. We perform aging testing and IEC testing on all of our products to ensure longevity and reliability.
H.B. Fuller is a custom encapsulant provider, working with our customers to create products to custom specifications and niche applications. We are capable of producing thinner encapsulants down to a thickness of 0.1mm while maintaining best-in-class performance, including ultra-low shrinkage.

Fuller PHOTOCAP® EVA is the only encapsulant technology with a proven track record of maintaining durability, adhesion, stability, and transparency after more than 25 years of field exposure.
Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) materials have emerged to meet the challenges of new modulepolyolefin elastomerdesigns that are sensitive to moisture. Thin film devices, hetero junction cells, and glass/glass modules all benefit from superior moisture resistance while large panels and high-power outputs gain from improved volume resistivity. H.B. Fuller’s superior PHOTOCAP® POE product line embodies both of these properties.
