At H.B. Fuller, we are dedicated to establishing strong partnerships with our suppliers by providing clear guidelines and expectations from the start.

Our New Supplier Welcome Information outlines the key requirements and processes for suppliers, including payment terms, invoice submission guidelines, and e-business requirements. This information is essential for ensuring smooth transactions and fostering a successful working relationship.

H.B. Fuller Purchase Conditions and Supplier Requirements:

We purchase under our H.B. FULLER – REGIONAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES. All other terms are rejected.

All vendors must comply with our Supplier Expectations Letter and H.B. Fuller Business Code of Conduct.

Raw material suppliers must comply with our Supplier Quality Manual.

Payment Terms:

H.B. Fuller standard payment terms are Net90 days.  Any deviation from these terms must be discussed and approved by a member of the Global Strategic Sourcing team.

Freight Terms and Conditions:

H.B. Fuller will indicate the agreed upon freight terms on the H.B. Fuller purchase order (PO).

E-Business Requirements:

H.B. Fuller requires suppliers of raw materials to receive our purchase order (PO) electronically via email. Other features of our Supplier Extranet include PO acknowledgment, create/change/cancel orders, and load tender. Your company will receive login credentials upon setup.

Invoicing Requirements:

All invoices submitted to H.B. Fuller for payment require the following information:

  • A valid H.B. Fuller generated purchase order (PO) number
  • Supplier’s name, phone, and email address
  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Electronic payment advice (if applicable)
  • Remittance/payment address

Invoice Submission:

All invoices should be sent via email, referencing the billing address displayed on the purchase order.  For the correct email address please reference the location of the H.B. Fuller facility to which direct materials or indirect goods and services are delivered:

Invoice Inquiries:

For invoice or payment inquiries, please reference the location of the H.B. Fuller facility below. For aging invoices, please attach a copy of the invoice with a special note in the subject line for immediate attention. Note: all inquiries must reference an H.B. Fuller purchase order (PO) number.
