Junction Box Silicone Potting Compound
This solution for junction box potting improves the insulation grade of the J-box and the head dissipation while avoiding the risk of diode failure as a result of overheating, and ultimately reduces the overall cost. We offer the TONSAN 1521 and 1533 compounds for pv junction box potting, which greatly decrease the working temperature of the bypass diodes so as to increase the safety and reliability of the J-box.

Rail BondingElastic bonding is needed for back rail bonding between the frameless PV modules and back rails to compensate for the deformation caused by temperature variation in outdoor environments, while simultaneously satisfying the mechanical load requirements. The back rail bonding adhesive has excellent elastic deformation ability and high bonding strength with both glass and metal.
